Not due period yet - but...TMI .......

hi gals,

i was worried about being pg after not taking my pill,

you girls said i was due about 23rd november,

but ive just been to the loo a few hours ago and i had brown stringy stuff, i thought it was my period - but its always been bright red from the go,

i went to the loo again a mo ago and its still not blood, just brown gunk with tiny amount of blood,

anyone know what this is?/what it means??

ps, i dint miss a pill, i havent taken it at all.

I had brown string stuff a couple of weeks ago.I got a positive pg test at 4 weeks but got this a week later and later it turned into a proper AF

It could be that your body is a bit messed up because you have stopped taking the pill. When I stopped taking the pill I had some strange pinky coloured discharge on about day 23. I didnt get my proper period until about day 38.

How many days is it since you had your last period when you took the pill? Did you stop your pill in the middle of a pack?

i took my whole packet, then had my 7 day break but didnt restart the next packet,

when i finished my last pack i had a period, this started around the 23rd

of october

it can talke a while for your body to adjust after coming off the pill as they aren't 'proper' periods.

Hmmm well I guess its either strange things happening because you stopped taking the pill, which I think happens to a lot of people or you could always be pregnant.

Only one way to find out for sure though!!

ive stopped this month as my dh accidentilly threw my pack away - he was clearing out the medicine cupboard - getting rid of all my pregnancy vits, iron tabs, folic acid ect & binned my pill thinking they were one of them,

when i realised it was fri night, & too late to get more, so had to not take em this month
