Positive mental attitude!

Hi! New to this . . . 33yo, TTC cycle #4. AF arrived today. Trying to be positive - 5th time a charm! Struggling with this a bit now, how do you guys remain positive and not slightly obsessed/crazy/irrational (all of the above!)
