What vitamins to improve semen?

Just that. Dh has to do semen analysis in next couple of months wondering if there is anything he can take to boost it (don't want anything to stand in the way of me getting my hands on the clomid!!).

Hi Zippy. I got dh to take FertilAid which I got from Amazon. They are expensive at nearly £30 for one months supply but he cycles a lot & I was worried about the effects of all that Lycra . Pure fluke I'm sure but I got pg first month & I've been TTC for 2 years (with a couple of mc during that time). Acupuncture is another good way to improve sperm but I couldn't persuade dh on that one!
