Probably silly post but I'm confused so looking for a wiser owl! Came off Evra patch last month and had withdrawal bleed. I thought I'd be due on 30th but had light spotting on Tuesday (26th) and Wednesday reducing to nothing last night, today AF is well and truly here. Please forgive me if I'm being abit thick but would you class 26th as start date or today? I conceived within first cycle with my DD so this is all very new to me! Also forgot how nasty AF is when not on contraception!

i think most people would say count cd1 as proper flow only - not spotting/just on wiping etc. so CD1 today for you i think, but I would make a note of the spotting, so you can see if that becomes the new 'normal' for you and then you'll know what to expect.

this months AF started with 1.5days spotting for me too - maybe it's the weather? ;)
