Late BFP?

I was 10 days late before I got even a faint BFP with my DS and about 14 days late before it was a darker line. I'm now 9days late and have got all BFNs so far.
I'm just wondering if anyone else didn't get a BFP until they were really late? Google suggests some people just don't have enough hormone in their wee to get a proper bfp but I'm not sure I should get my hopes up yet?!

Me. I was nearly six weeks before I got a BFP with my two daughters. When I was pregnant with my second daughter the pregnancy tests were faintly positive around five and a half weeks. I don't know why but the BFP finally arrived. Fingers crossed for you and your BFP. This time round I tested just before 4 weeks and got a very faint line but the clearblue/first response said negative so I went to the doctor and she said I'm most likely pregnant but I have to wait until Friday which would make me 5/6 weeks pregnant xx

Oh good luck for you then hoping! Nearly two weeks late here and still bfn. Going to try and go to the Drs this week but I'm not sure they will do anything.
