I have recently had a baby 12-4-15 and my partner and I have been having sex at least once a week unprotected. My midwife had mentioned that at 3 weeks your would be most fertile. However, after engaging in sex last night I appeared to be bleeding slightly, any ideas what that could mean, I also took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. Any help would be great, need to know when exactly I would be ovulation after birth.
