Low progesterone?

Just wondering if anyone has been told they have this & what are your symptoms?
I'm seeing the doc tomorrow but I suspect my levels are low.
I have brown spotting before every period, heavy periods.
Also wondering what treatments have worked for anyone?

I have low progesterone and the symptoms manifest themselves in the same ways as pms only worse. I also have endometriosis so it was difficult to separate the symptoms. I don't get spotting though.

I conceived DD naturally and ttc #2. I haven't tried anything to correct this as yet but I was given clomid a few years ago only for it to be taken back as consultant wanted us to go straight to IVF. Thankfully we didn't get that far.

I still have low progesterone and have starting temping as this is the only way to determine ovulation and you can see what your temperatures look like after ovulation. I have started acupuncture and I hope it helps.

I suspect that i have low progesterone, I spot between 4 to 7 days before af tuns up and been doing this since i came off the pill, we have been trying for a year, just about to be referred to fertility specialists,
