Since having my LO I've had very irregular periods ranging from lengths of 33 to 52. They are getting longer it seems :( am currently having initial blood tests. Had my first on tues to see if I had ovulated (test for progesterone) that was CD24 and I had not ovulated, I don't expect to have as my last two cycles have been so long. We conceived number 1 first month of trying so am getting impatient 18 months down the line!! How do people tend to chart their fertility with long cycles? I've started temping this month but have done OPKS but seem to get positives last month at random times! Would love to share stories with people :)

Hi, I have very irregular cycles too, but had been on the pill for years so didn't really know what to expect when I came off it!,stopped taking it in march and had a period then but now still waiting for the next one Confused have had pregnancy/ menstrual symptoms and taken a test (bfn!) So think I need to start temping to try and see what's going on.

I am temping this month but I am just not sure how to interpret yet!

I'm currently on day 43. I have pcos & range from 40-50+ days. Had DD after 6 months of trying before I started any treatment. I used opks during that time but actually fell pregnant the month I didn't bother as I had just been diagnosed. This is our first month ttc number 2. Already tested on day 39 which was bfn. Think we'll just try as much as we can all month rather than use opks as they ate expensive & ill try not to waste too much money on tests!

Hi, just wanted to give an update. My blood test on cycle day 30 showed I had a ovulated. I stupidly did a pregnancy test yesterday and could not believe it when it came up positive as I'm sure I was only a few days past ovulation. I have since done a clear blue not digital which also showed a faint cross. So this morning I went to the shop and bought the super drug test and also clear blue digital the clear blue digital has come up pregnant 1 to 2 weeks and the Superdrug also had a positive line- i'm in shock I feel like it's too early to get excited last time I had my son I did a clear blue digital and it was 2 to 3 weeks pregnant I have bought two so I'm going to do another one next week to check that the pregnancy has moved along and then I will book an appointment with the doctor does that sound okay?

Ive been with my husband for just over 5 years and we've not used protection for 4 years. I have very irregular cycles - if any at all and we've still had no luck!

I have been investigated and the gynecologists want to give me clomid. I can hear my ticking clock loud and clear now, i am coming up 29. My sister, 4 years my younger is expecting her second in July, makes me feel pretty shitty tbh, although i'm happy for her, i just want it for myself so much!

Got married 8 months ago, so we put the start of the clomid on a back burner. Now that we've settled in a new home, i'm going to go back to the Drs and get referred back to the gynecologist :D can't wait!

In similar position irregular periods ranges from 30-35 cycle, been ttc for 4 months use sticks as a guide but do feel a little stressed when each month nothing happens. Some months get signs and then nothing a period starts. Very frustrating ??

Yes I think def go back!

I think if my cycles don't sort themselves out I'm going to go in July to see what the doc says as that will be 6 months - don't want to get fobbed off though!
