Hi guys,
Just wondered if there were any success stories out there about conceiving after loss.

I have had 2mc (2010/12) then last year discovered I was pregnant again but suffered my 3rd mc around 6weeks. 3weeks later I discovered I was pregnant again and with a twin to my mc. This was short lived as within days discovered it was also ectopic. I was given methotrexate which failed and was rushed into hospital almost 3 weeks later with a tubal rupture. My tube & baby were removed in surgery the following day.

After leaving hospital I quickly discovered I was pregnant yet again, it was a miracle especially as I hadn't dtd post op. So I was still pregnant on leaving hospital. All seemed well until I went into labour earlier this year at just 26weeks...
After a 15 hour labour I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who was sadly pronounced still born. I am now emotionally drained and completely devastated. I felt like my world had ended especially having lost twins almost immediately before.

Now after 4pregnancies, 3mc, ruptured eptopic and now a still birth me & the hubby are TTC. I know it's soon but we feel that is the only way we can get through this and deal with such a loss. Although no baby would ever replace my little girl.

Sorry for the long post but would really appreciate any success stories, just to show there is hope!!

Many thanks in advance Flowers x

Pop over to the "Posifrickentivity" thread. There are 2. 1 in 'Conception' and 1 in 'Pregnancy'. They are specifically for people ttc or pg after MC.
It's been a while but it kept me relatively sane back then.
Especially take a peek at the stats on the pregnancy thread. There are many, many, thread babies listed there. Its really heartwarming.
I can't begin to imagine how awful everything has been for you, but don't give up hope! There's a rainbow baby out there for you, you just have to keep the faith. xx

I only had 1 mc before Bean came along, and that was bad enough.
If it helps in any way, I can tell you that my sister lost her first daughter at 38 weeks. It was truly awful. she now has 2 beautiful girls at primary school who are simply wonderful. And she got through that awful time, survived. x
