3 negative results but my body still feels different - is this normal?

I've never had a baby before and came off the pill at the beginning of last month. We had unprotected sex around the 3rd of April which I've recently discovered is the same time I was ovulating. My period was due on the 22nd of April but I still haven't come on. When I was on the pill, I was really regular, so I'm not sure what's happening.

This week, I've done 2 cheaper pregnancy tests and 1 Clearblue but all of the results have come back negative. I'm worried because my body is showing so many symptoms of pregnancy - cravings, nausea, headaches, moodswings, fatigue, needing the toilet a lot, cramps and discomfort etc.

Is it normal for so many tests to come back negative and still be pregnant? Otherwise, is there anything else that I can apply these symptoms to? What should I do?

It can take some time for hormones to regulate after coming off the pill. I think that would explain the lack of period and symptoms, sorry. Is there any chance you ovulated later than you think and were testing too soon though?
