This is proberbly a stupid question!

This cycle I have had a period lasting 8 days so far- does this effect my ovulation window, will I ovulate later than normal?!

I think you may ovulate later yes. Last month I had a 9 day and definitely ovulated later. Timed DTD all wrong! (I'm in post miscarriage things out of whack). This cycle was 5 days which is Normal for me and I think I'm ovulating at the 'normal' time. Not an exact science though is it!
