Hiya can I ask a question to anyone who knows about smep (sperm meets egg plan). It says to bd every other day until you get a positive opk and then daily for three days, one day off an then one last try. So using clear blue dual hormone indicator opks I got a flashing smiley this morning indicating high fertility. Do I go daily from today or wait until I get a solid smiley indicating peak fertility??
