I got a blink-and-you-miss-it line on an IC and a clear line on a FRER at 10dpo.

I got a fleeting disappearing line on an IC at 9 DPO and positives within a few hours of that on all else I.e. FRER, CB, Boots etc at 9 DPO.

Do keep in mind though, that since then, my due date has been moved by 5 days, which, given that ovulation happened as predicted has been explained by very early implantation which going by the weeks calculation would have happned within 3/4 days of ovulation leading me to such an early bfp at 9 DPO.

I tested positive at 9dpo in every pregnancy using cheap internet tests. I did try a FRER at the same time with one pregnancy but it was negative. That's the danger of early testing. I was definitely pregnant. The second FRER in the packet showed a very faint line at 12dpo.

The tests you use don't matter really. The best advice is to wait until your period is late or 2 weeks after ovulation and then whichever test is cheapest and most readily available is fine.

If you're likely to be a serial tester, buy some amazon or ebay tests from a reputable, well used seller. You'll save a fortune.

I really would say don't test until you are actually late or it costs a fortune for lots of disappointment.

Superdrug tests are very sensitive but you're best waiting until you're at least 10 dpo and more like 12 dpo otherwise you could easily get a false negative as the HCG levels aren't strong enough for the test to detect.
