Hi Ladies,

Really need some help/advice.. not sure what is going on with my body!

My last AF started on 28th March, usual cycle is 25/26 days. (Have looked at the last year and max was 26)We DTD 6th, 9th, 12th & 13th April which were cycle days 10, 13, 16 &17. I have been using OPK and had a positive on 12th April DTD that day and following day.

I had a little bleeding and cramping on 15th which I think may have been end of ovulation.

I have then had spotting from last Monday, 20th April which was CD24, and 1 or 2 days before period due. This continued throughout the week, stop starting throughout the day and varying in colour pinky/peachy when I wiped to little drops in knickers.

We DTD again on Sunday as thought this might bring AF on.. nothing that day but v tired. Then had serious bad night with cramps that night, kept me awake most of the night. I had cramps again yesterday, felt slightly different to AF, also had some bleeding bright red fresh blood. Seemed to stop in the evening although still cramping but not as intense.

Woke up at 3:30 feeling wet.. went to bathroom to find had bled quite a bit, soaked through knickers and PJs, again bright red fresh blood. Really bad cramps, esp left side. Now using tampons, not massively heavy and no longer cramping.

Im just finding it all very strange, AF is never late can almost set the clock by her!- Have called DRs this morning as need to see whats going on, wondering if my cycle is changing, just seems odd that this is first month TTC. I am 40 btw.

Anyone else had crazy cycle like this? Esp when usually so regular..

Thanks all. xx

Hi - your doctor should be able to help with a proper diagnosis but this sounds like it could be normal for your age.,...at least my doctor says so and I have something similar going on....40 too btw.
