Ah sammy, bloody children you can't trust 'em with anything! At least you've got time to prepare yourself for later & she knows how you're feeling. It's a difficult situation and I suppose there would have been no good way for her to tell you.... Its Just like ripping off a plaster on someone else I suppose.

night well done on the run, I went out too in the end but it was pretty warm outside and I really struggled today! Probably night shifts catching up with me and nothing to do with being 6 dpo

Hi lovelies,

I was AWOL yesterday as it was my nephew’s second birthday on Friday, so we went to my sister’s house yesterday. I am feeling a lot better now. Had to have a lie down halfway through the day, then collapsed like some wimpy Victorian woman when we got home, but I am well & truly on the mend. Yay!

Rice, I hope your dad gets better soon. It must be so worrying for you.

*Juney, I OVd late, so assuming a 14 day LP, my BFP is now due on the 13th. However, as I normally only get 9 days, it could be any time between the 9th and the 13th.

Purdie, get your lazy ass back to work! Seriously, I agree that you should try and stick out your placement while looking for something else. If you find the right job, you won't mind not being much better off. You will do it just for the sense of achievement. (Says the woman about to finish Uni, who is terrified of having to find a job!)

Purdita had a read through your posts.. You say you don't "look" good on paper, but how amazing are you in person eh?! I mean, this company just now were so impressed with you! (Obvs.) so if the job centre could help you get a foot in to an interview for a part time job they would hopefully feel the same! I think sticking it out if you can-which I know YOU can- is prob the best option yep, purely for the experience. Only a few weeks to go, and those four days a week will hopefully fly by and you will then be in a better position to decide how to move forward.. But £48 ? That's just insane. How did gardening go? Nomio pleased that you're on the mend now but try and take it easy.

Well 8dpo and I started getting some cramps over an hour ago and have had some brown spotting. I'm really worried now as I've never had spotting before. Cramps have subsided now.

I didn't have it with DD though and don't remember feeling anything at all, though I didn't have much of a clue back then. It can't be though and I'm just worried that something has messed my system up!

Not an expert but I'm sure the fact that it didn't happen with DD isn't a problem :) Do you ever get spotting at this part of your cycle?

Sparkly pleased that you're doing ok. Yes, try and get as much rest as you can. I've never spotted before and I started temping this cycle but haven't noticed anything untoward.

Thanks for your input ladies. I just hope it's not due to the low progesterone although I've always had low progesterone but never any spotting.

I have low Prog. but have never had spotting. Hopefully it is a good sign for you. X

I have literally been watching the Hairy Bikers for about 3 hours on TV. I keep telling myself I will do some cleaning in a minute, but it is not happening!
