Aww oyster you too? Sad enjoy the wine have a lovely date night. I think a honeymoon baby would be just magical Smile

loopylou1984 · 25/04/2015 09:24

Yeah Pixa I know. She has been through a mc at 12 weeks though, so did understand my disgust at having to be in the same room as all the pregnant women. She got put on the abortion ward! How awful is that?

Oyster sorry for your temp drop, but you're right to focus on the positives!

Ibeka sorry for AF.

Night, I felt exactly the same when I had an anovulatory cycle, it didn't feel fair as I hadn't even had a chance that cycle. The worst part for me was that I didn't even know as I wasn't temping back then, so I reached cd43 and really thought it was possible I was pregnant. BUT your cd13 so still plenty of time for ov, perhaps it's just delayed? Xx

nightandthelight · 25/04/2015 09:25

Thanks guys :) feeling much better now! Haven't dtd the last two days as too busy so must get on it today Grin

Oysterbabe · 25/04/2015 09:26

Thanks everyone.
ibeka Frog come and sit with us cycle buddies. Wine Wine

Everything is almost done for the wedding. Just need to sit tight and nibble my nails with nerves waiting for Friday night when we'll be introducing our parents to eachother. Eek!
I'm happy to post loads of pics of stuff if people are interested Smile

I'm doing my make up for date night now and having another practice with all my wedding make up, see how it looks by this evening.

Pixa · 25/04/2015 09:29

auxiliaryauroch · 25/04/2015 09:49

Thanks guys. Smile Yes let's hold thumbs the lp increases too. It would be shite if my ov date came forward knly to drag my Lp date forward too. feels irritated at prosepct

ibeka · 25/04/2015 09:53

Thanks for all the flowers and kind words. I'm feeling utterly blue today. I guess because of hormones and a glass too much of wine last night but I just want to lie in bed and cry. I've no real plans this weekend. It feels like all my friends have babies and are off doing baby things together and I'm just some loser.

daisy just spotted you've had the dreaded ofsted... Glad it went well. We had it before Easter. I was mid MC and really 'can't give a fuck' about it which with hindsight was probably quite a good way to be!!

night there's time yet to OV. Don't abandon hope yet!

oyster DP refuses to get married so yes, I'd love to see pics and live vicariously through your wedding!

auxiliaryauroch · 25/04/2015 09:54

juney missed the temp drop news! Boo-ooooo! Hopefully it is a blip on the radar only? Maybe your feet were cold overnight? Grin if not, and af is coming does Sitting out next cycle means you will take a rest? Sorry oyster too. Damn temps! Flowers
Grin dizzy

ibeka · 25/04/2015 09:54

No more Monsieur Booleaux, juners?

auxiliaryauroch · 25/04/2015 09:57

yok no I don't think so. I was a bit nauseous on the first day and had a few light headaches but I had a few headaches before I started too so maybe it was just a headachey week? Smile increased the dosage incrementally and took them at night so maybe that helped too.

Oysterbabe · 25/04/2015 10:00

Aux his parents live in Devon and mine in Norfolk. We live in Bristol. My parents rarely leave Norfolk as they have a small holding and loads of animals. We've only been together for 20 months and there just hadn't been the opportunity until now.

loopylou1984 · 25/04/2015 10:01

Oh Ibeka, it's so tough isn't it?
You're right, it is the hormones, and you will feel better in a couple of days. I know what you mean about the friends thing, most of mine are now either pg or have babies, I feel left out too. Is there something nice you could do today to treat yourself? I don't like to think of you sitting alone in bed feeling sad.

Please remind me of the above later in the week when it's my turn to feel like this! Xx

purdiepie · 25/04/2015 10:13

Aux, aw I'm chuffed to bits your cycle might be sorting its head out. I have a vested interest in you getting your bfp coz you iz old like me, innit (yes, yes, I know you're not that old).

Yokyil, I laughed out loud at your Hunger Games analogy.

Juney, that temp is bloody awful. I once had a cycle where the temp only plummeted on the day of my period after being at dizzying heights of splendour and it is Not Nice. I'm so sorry, my love, please get Spunkmeister back for CDs 12, 14 & 16 this month. You can do this. Cancel the babysitting for those nights. I'll lend you £3.50 and I'm sure the other Bummers can pitch in - especially the lawyers and phorensick wotsits among us.

I came to like that ethel bird by the end of the night. Witty and warm. Come back Ethel!

DizzyNorthernBird · 25/04/2015 10:14

Park run and Aldi won! Just got back from the run 27:03 finish today, not a pb for me but I'm slowly getting back to where I was after a lazy winter Smile

mummy all is not lost, we're taking dsd to cinema to see Cinderella this arvo and there's a Costa there....Grin

woolly sounds like a lovely weekend for you, relax, enjoy it, and you never know you might get an icing-on-the-cake bfp next week!

spinning yay for the angry pube!

pixa I suffer badly from cba, my current motivation is getting into last years summer dresses when the weather picks up!

oyster enjoy your date night. I agree, there's something extra special about a hobeymoon bfp Smile

auxiliaryauroch · 25/04/2015 10:22

oyster how interesting! What things do they do on the small holding? dreams of a life growing food, where food grows itself
purds oldies unite! Hahahahahahaha. Oh dear.

Mummyofonesofar · 25/04/2015 10:27

oyster good luck with the parent meet!

Mummyofonesofar · 25/04/2015 10:28

Dizzy I love a costa!

Oysterbabe · 25/04/2015 10:30

They have chickens, goats, turkeys, geese, ducks, sometimes pigs and lambs.. all sorts of things. My brother is a butcher so he bonks them on the head and chops them up for them. Growing up we usually knew our dinner's first name. "Yay we've got Boris tonight...!"

DizzyMerry · 25/04/2015 10:34

Morning all.

Feeling lots better now things have settled.

Sorry to those visited by AF Flowers onwards and upwards.

Have continued to temp but haven't used opks. No signs of ovulation but I'm not expecting to either. Have been too tired and stressed to dtd anyway so I'm not bothering ttc this month.

DaisyDuckSW15 · 25/04/2015 10:48

dizzynorth I LOVE parkrun! Just back from mine. Definitely no PB for me this week. Fastest ever first half split but all went to pot in the second half!

ibeka sorry for AF. This was my second Ofsted in ten months (thanks to changing schools in September). The last one was the day after my sister died. I was numb with pain and shock and grief but couldn't let everyone down. Didn't give a toss about Ofsted and so it was a breeze! This one was a little more stressful but it took my mind off the stress of TTC!
