Sammy, have you ever had reflexology or Accupuncture? When I had these it stopped the early cramping, might be worth a try.

My opk is negative today. I think I did ov yesterday when I got my positive opk. That's usual for me but I guess it happens. I've changed my temp for the higher one where I left the thermometer in till it beeped will hopefully dtd later just incase the egg is still on route.

Spinning- Hmm no I haven't, was that specific fertility reflexology? Or just 'normal'?

Sammy, she specialises in fertility reflexology. And the Accupuncture lady is Zita West affiliated. Worth finding a fertility one if you decided to give it a go.

Sparkly, as I just said on fb, I have a tattoo so I wouldn't criticise but mines hidden unless I'm wearing a bikini . She was excited to show me and I do like it. I worry she may regret it one day but then why should she. She's wanted one for about 4 years. I just need to accept she's an adult and she makes her own choices.
