Do you like feeling left out of a group? Do you enjoy being marginalised and isolated and picked-on? How about a good bullying? If so..you're in t'wrong place, cock, coz this 'ere is the TTC thread where you feel loved, embraced, encouraged, wanted, lusted after, admired, respected, thought-of with fondness, missed when you're away. We will even put up with your lazy, selfish bastard of a husband who would rather watch Chelsea romp through the Premiership than put a baby in your tum-tum.

Absolutely any old slag welcome, unless you already have a baby in your tum-tum and we're about as familiar with you as a condom. You can get lost Smile

t'STATS, innit

Good luck purdie! They'll love you!
Nothing too interesting to report here, work has been taking up most of my waking hours with shagging fitted in between, TWW has started Hmm

sparkly stay positive! Thinking of you Flowers

Welcome midnight!

purdiepie · 15/04/2015 23:27

Pikz, why the grump, lovely?

Sparkly, of course you must ask for prog support. They won't laugh at you for asking; they may be annoyed that you are clued up enough to have done your research, so be ready for the poo-poohing. Can you back up your prog/miscarriage concerns with a study you've come across? Do you have a printer at home? I'll try do some research..

Crikey! Posted that before arriving at Ibeka's excellent post about 'Promise'. Brilliant idea. Go armed with research, Sparkly. Don't be afraid to say, 'Look this is what is happening for other women; I want this too. Please give me the chance to rule this out. My current state of health is suffering because of the strain of all of this. I am having chemical pregnancies. They are still babies I am losing. please help me.' Then..and this is really important..you cry. Cry, cry, cry..crying works. Not Syrian refugee wailing and gnashing of teeth, of course, but tears...yes.

To whomever it was who asked if I was on Nethuns: Was I shit. I saw the story repeated on the shit BESH thread.

Sammy, I LOVED your use of 'caveat' yesterday

I'm off to beddy-byes to dream of a baby in my tum-tum. Nanight Thanks

Wools TWW positivity for you!! Star

Purds I know, I just need to do it --fmu done. At least before I go I'll be prepared for what they are gonna say too. I know I can't be with this constant red bleeding. But I'm praying anyway. Thank you for yours my lovely Flowers

Sparkly123 · 15/04/2015 23:40

Tears on demand?!.. Ok... I'm not sure how I'll manage but given I'll have tested before the app that should be possible!! Dh and I had a look at promise but it's the usual conflicting reports some docs simply disagree with the possibility progesterone makes any difference and others support the research, remember last time I brought it up she gave me the whole "there is no sufficient evidence to support this theory of LP defects" bla bla bla! The trial seems quite a size though which would lead you to believe they must be really quite confident in outcomes

Sparkly123 · 15/04/2015 23:43

Oh and can you give me some response for when they say chemical pregnancies are only due to non viable embryos?

Night all thanks again for your support Flowers

MaMaPo · 16/04/2015 04:05

What wait hold the presses cariad is pregnant!?!

Bloody brilliant. Grin

Mummyofonesofar · 16/04/2015 06:34

Having a naughty drawer is perfectly normal isn't it?! Yes it is for spanking, I asked for it so its ok, you don't need to call your people Purds.

I have angry pubes today for Monday.

sparkly thinking of you lovely.

loopylou1984 · 16/04/2015 06:41

Cariad is pregnant? Did I miss this too?

Still no temp rise Hmm getting fed up now. If my pos opks were tues and wed is it feasible that I ovd yesterday but don't get a temp rise till tomorrow?

We've dtd 8,9,10,12,13,14,15 - that sort of commitment can't be met with an anovulatory cycle surely?? Xx

Cariad2014 · 16/04/2015 06:49

Purdie - they could see a gestational sac (thankfully in my uterus) and a yolk sac which I was told is what you'd expect/ hope to see at exactly 5 weeks. Because of my history (and the fact that they didn't see a heartbeat - which you wouldn't at 5 weeks 0 days) they've booked me in for another scan in 2 weeks' time for viability/ dating, by which stage you'd expect a heartbeat.

Still super anxious, particularly as I've had lots of AF style cramps and back pain but I'm glad that I have another date in the diary. It's also a relief to know that I can get pregnant from my tube-less side.

Sparkly - sorry about everything you've been going through. I will be thinking of you today. X x

loopylou1984 · 16/04/2015 06:54

Cariad I think I missed your news while I was away! Fingers crossed for you scan in 2 weeks, but congratulations Smile

DaisyDuckSW15 · 16/04/2015 07:07

Good luck for today sparkly Smile

Mummyofonesofar · 16/04/2015 07:11

If I discard Monday's temp it puts me at 4dpo which ties in better with my opks.

MaMaPo · 16/04/2015 07:13

Oof Sammy, that's a lot of commitment right there. Fingers and toes crossed for your temp rise, so you can have a rest!

spinningirl10 · 16/04/2015 07:15

Morning Smile

It was chatty here last night, can't keep up!

Purdey, good luck with the interview. Can you not say you've been travelling the world which is why you've not worked! Ah a summer birthday, how lovely and always in the summer holidays so
No school Smile

Sparkly, thinking of you and sending you strength for the day ahead.

Ibeka and Nomio, good luck for your appointments today. Ill be looking out for your updates later.

purdiepie · 16/04/2015 07:21

Cariad I'm so thrilled for you and hoping this fortnight flies by.

Sammy, I ov'd two days after my equal-line surge this month (a day after my stronger than control surge). The stronger-than surges are the true ones I suspect, so I would suggest you might ov today and get a temp rise Sun. Keep shagging until tomorrow!

Purdie good luck in your interview my lovely, you will be great!!!

Sparkly good luck today, will be thinking of you!!!!

purdiepie · 16/04/2015 07:35

Sparkly, much love for this morning x

All the articles I've read point to chemical pregnancies as those where a heartbeat cannot be confirmed by a scan. That would be my mmc then at eleven weeks!

Sparkly123 · 16/04/2015 07:39

mummy wooo for angry pubes!

Cariad so glad all is well lovely, you deserve this so much.huge congrats again Flowers I hope the next scan will reassure you even more

Sammy lots of dtd! Yes I would say entirely possible for OV two days after first opk. Fingers crossed

Daisy Spinning Rainy thank you Flowers

Nomio good luck today with your app!

Ibeka hope your hosp goes well and you gain some insight from these tests

Eskimo last day of pill! Flowers

Purdita really hope all goes well at the app. I have every faith! Flowers

Took me forever to type that! Brain not engaging like the rest of you morning birds!

Sparkly123 · 16/04/2015 07:40

Purdie by app I mean interview. not thinking clearly!

loopylou1984 · 16/04/2015 07:41

I certainly have my usual ov headache/cloudyness today. Poor dh, he's knackered and won't be home till nearly 10 tonight!

Good luck for your interview today! Xx

Pixa · 16/04/2015 07:42

Ladies, finding it difficult to catch up! but Purdie about the gap in employment, when I interview in the past, as long as I get a quick explanation I don't really look into it. 'I took sabbatical to focus on starting a family.. etc' is perfectly acceptable for me as an interviewer.

My recommendations are don't over share, I interviewed someone who explained their full in depth break because of surgery; at that point, I didn't really care about his injuries or his surgery... I hope that doesn't make me sound awful!

If it's a Council role no doubt one of the questions they will ask is about skills you can bring to the role, they're kind of checking your skills but that you have read the job description/role profile, so just reel off all of the essential qualities they have asked for. Smile

Outfit sounds perfect. Smile Best of luck.

chopsface · 16/04/2015 07:48

Good luck with the interview purdey!

Good luck anyone with appointments coming up too. X
