Bleeding a week after ovulation?

Just after a bit of advice really..
I have 35 day cycle and ovulate 3 weeks into my cycle. I suffer with endometriosis therefore can pinpoint exactly when it happens (as well as the usual ewcm). This happened, as usual, last week on cycle day 21. My husband and I had sex on cycle day 19 and 20. I am due on next Monday, so 6 days away.. And overnight have started bleeding - a mix between bright red spots and brown discharge. This is combined with awful pain on my left hand side going through to my back - pretty usual for me when AF turns up.

So what is my body doing?? :(

Has no one ever experienced this?
Ive stopped bleeding today, but the cramping continues?

Hi dreaming, it could be an implantation bleed, although if it is v painful you might want to just get checked by the docs.

Hi oneyorkshirepud.. I suffer with endometriosis so I am used to having painful flare ups - this usually happens around ovulation and AF.. so it isnt out of the ordinary for me to suffer. Just so strange that it would happen a week after ovulation and a week before my period..?

Ive got a splitting headache and feel sick today too.. Guess Im just going to have to wait it out and see, arent i? :(

Noted today that I'm super thirsty...! Really really dry mouth and just so bloated.

started heavy, bleeding with clots and tissue today.. had to cancel my smear test for tomorrow morning.. Not due AF until Monday and only ovulated 10 days ago?
