Hi everyone so I have two beautiful boys there now 6 & 2 between them we had three miscarriages of which a cause was never discoverd having my two year old healed my heart so much. We decide to complete our family to try for baby three! We conceived quickly but are going through another miscarrige currently at just shy of 8weeks. I'm not sure I can go through what I did before at the same time the thought of not having another one hurts and scares me just as much. X

Hi becca, so sorry to read your story and for your losses. Pregnancy after miscarriages is a terrifying exoerience and is so heartbreaking when it recurs.
I've suffered three consecutive miscarriages and I'm yet to have children. But I'm currently taking part in a medical trial, specifically for women with unexplained recurrent miscarriage.
The reason I'm sharing is that there's a huge amount of extra support offered on this trial - weekly appointments fif guest few weeks then fortnightly scans from week 6 and a team of trial nurses to support you.
There's a thread on this board titles 'anyone taking part on the Response Medical Trial...' and there a lovely group of us at different stages within the trial (3 pregnant, 3 Ttc and 1 starting to ttc) so you'd be in good company if you'd like to know more or really just have some hand holding as we all know what a shitty situation it is.
Come join us.

No I understood it all fine thanks hun! Im Sorry you find yourself here too and I hope one day soon you get you're rainbow. That sounds like a fantastic trial it's brilliant someone is looking into its possible causes and at the same time offering much more reassurance in subsequent pregnancys. I'm just doing tea but tonight l come and find you all. Xxx

Becca I'm so sorry for your losses. I've had 3 mc's too - all within a year.

I'm on the recurrent miscarriage thread which you can find in body & soul / miscarriage

Lots of fab ladies - we are all about support, testing and trying again with lots of hand holding.

Some are doing response trial - at 38 I'm sadly too old. I've got no dc yet and wonder if I'll ever be a mummy
