Hello,

Okay so this is my first ever post and I'm not fully up to speed on abbreviations but here goes....

Last year I stopped taking Dianette for approx 4 months to try to conceive but then in November I started taking it again (sudden temporary glitch in circumstances) and obviously no luck in conceiving. I've since come back off the pill to try again and then had my period on the 5th of March and was due on again on the 2nd of April and my period is a no show. I took a HPT on the 6th day I was late which was negative and still no sign of AF. I've felt off and I have random phases where I feel sickly and random short instances of heartburn. I had extra sensitive nipples but this seems to have calmed, consistent vivid dreams, very easily wound up and moody, tired, really bad back, leg && feet ache and a few other symptoms but I'm worried im winding myself up and convincing myself im pregnant.
I'm more worried as a few years ago I went months without a period and no real signs like sickness and countless negative HPTs only to find out I was actually 3 months pregnant then the day after finding out I MC so now I'm panicking as I need to know either way. I keep thinking I'm not lucky enough to have conceived that quickly but I'm looking for any support or advice ad to maybe when I should test again?? Anything??

Really didn't want to leave you hanging Alexandra! I am no expert but I know that the pill can mess with cycles for a bit after you come off it so don't panic :). If I were you unless AF arrives I would test every 2-3 days. Perhaps if still no sign in a week or two you could go to the GP?
