access diagnostics early tests...

....hello all, i've posted on here a few times before. been off the pill for a couple of months but this is the first month properly 'trying' ttc! i've bought some early 10 miu/l test from access diagnostics.

i'm pretty sure i ov'd last week, somewhere between thursday and sunday...it may be too early to tell and all in my mind but i feel a little different - twingy pains, slightly sick etc. anyway, did one of these tests this morning and bfn...am thinking this could be waaaay too early, even for one of these sensitive tests. has anyone used these before, and how early did they work? they do seem pretty flimsy somehow and i'm not sure how much i trust them, whatever the result! any thoughts? xxx

Hi glittercaz, this is my first go at this - I hope I am doing it right! Wanted to let you know that I have used the access diagnostics tests this month. Think I ovulated either 14/15 oct - felt really tired, extremely hungry so used one of the tests on 16/10 and it was positive!!!! That was about 9/10 dpo was absolutely amazed so have done 3 more since and they all say the same thing.

It could still be a couple of days too early for you, keeping my fingers crossed for you! Hope this helps. x

I have only had positives with these on day of AF due or day after. I rate them.
I think it depends woman to woman how quickly the hCG shows up in your wee, but I doubt very many women at all would show up only 7 days post ovulation which is what you are today (max). So wait for as long as possible before you test again, that would be my advice.
