Halfway through my TWW and looking for company. Anyone in the same boat?

I've still got about a week to go before I can POAS. DH and I have been trying for about 5 months, but I have very irregular cycles so it's all really hard to judge. I usually go about 2 weeks between periods so following that, AF should be due to arrive before the end of this week. But I'm thinking that would be too early to test and am very impatient! I've also been taking agnus castus this month on the advice of a medical friend so I'm feeling tentatively hopeful. Anyone around who wants to wait it out with me and not read too much into every symptom and definitely not take a test every day this week?

haquoi im rubbish with internal examinations - bit squeamish (I know that sounds ridiculous). Will you test again in the morning or leave it a couple of days?

Hi mayo. We've all been there with AF crushing us. But things always seem more hopeful in the days after, so hope you feel better soon.
haquoi I also downloaded clue and was clueless about it (excuse the pun!). I couldn't understand it and already have fertility friend and period tracker so I'm all apped up for now!
finding I'm a bit funny about internal check too. Worried I'd poke the wrong thing and have a very embarrassing trip to the doctor to explain what I'd done!

finding & hewy, I was squeamish about the internal as well, but I actually found it really liberating when I finally tried. Just get two fingers, lick then a little (ffs my phone seemed to think 'lick' was rude and kept changing it) and then relax as you guide them in. Then just give a little wiggle and come out again. Voila! I do it just after going to the loo (wash my hands obv first). Sorry if tmi!!!

I don't know when I'll test again. I was going to wait until Wednesday, but I don't know... I honestly don't think I'm pregnant, I think my body is being mean to me once again.

When week you have your tests done mayo?

How're you doing diamond?

mayo - so pleased you've come onto this thread, everyone is so lovely and supportive. Hope you are feeling a little better today, as I said to you yesterday I know that crushing feeling so well but it really has helped me speaking to everyone here and sharing my feelings - so feel free to anytime Smile
I've had some strange all over the place cycles too - I always spotted for days and days before so I've started taking B complex to try and stop it - this time I only spotted for 2days before but not sure if it was the vitamins or not.
haquoi - I'm fine thank you - bit down but always am at this stage in my cycle, before all the work begins! I am impressed with you doing your internal - I wouldn't know what I was doing Confused
I am still really hoping for you with having no af though x
birchy - thanks for your kind words- yes I'm liking the idea of a title for us with positive mental attitude in.
I will do the stats tomorrow - it's been a hectic day! Mayo - if you want to post your stats and I'll add you too - you're one of us now!

Morning all, still no AF and no symptoms! I didn't poas this morning - I think I'll try again tomorrow. On another strange note, I had the second dream in a row of having difficulty pooing... Think toilet in the garden and everyone coming out and trying to talk to me while I'm literally there dying of shame. Gah!

My cycles can be all over the place, so I have to go by when I ovulated - I'm pretty much always 2 weeks after ovulating regardless of the time leading up to ovulation, so I have had longer cycles than this. BUT I'm not usually late when I'm expecting my period, apart from once where I was 10 days late and had bfns. This feels similar, which is why I'm upset about it, because that one was only 3 cycles ago. I don't want to get my hopes up. 3 bfns after missing a period - the stats go down for them being false negatives. So I'm going to check tomorrow before seeing my reflexologist and basically see if she knows what's going on...

haquoi yes I've put sleepy on too now. I really hope you get an answer soon, our bodies really like to mess with our heads don't they? Every month my body likes to confuse or upset me in a different way with different symptoms or feelings and it does get me down.

My body has never done what it is suppose to so I never expect things to happen when they should! Although like you haquoi I do always seem to have af 14 days after ovulation - its is the time frame before that that varies.

I'm so hopeful for this month :-) Temping (which is going rubbish- looks like the Andes there is so many peaks!) SMEP, blood tests all clear, wedding anniversary this month and is 2nd worst month I could conceive this year - so the way my luck works - its is more likely to happen! haha

I did do a naught thing and popped over to baby name thread last night for a nosey - it does confuse me why people are asking others for their opinion on their name - as not everyone is going to like the same names or else we would all have the same names grrr. so when people start slating the name its going to make you feel down and question it. I say pick what you like and if you tell people beforehand tell them you dont want their opinion on it.

birchy I popped into a very posh baby shop on my way home from work on Monday Blush. I drooled over the stuff for a good 20 minutes before I came to my senses and beat a hasty retreat.

Clomid update: having been a size 8/10 most of my life I'm now struggling to fasten my size 12 jeans. I'm actually eating less than before and it's really annoying. I'm also running out of options for work clothes as nothing seems to fit properly.

Oh no, that must be so annoying. Is it worth going to see Dr - the side effects you've had have been really strong, maybe they need to look at your dosage? Hope you feel better soon

birchy we named our son a very strange name (it will identify me if I tell you, it's that's strange!), but actually everyone loves it. I hope we would have had the courage to use it had he survived (I certainly think so but DH disagrees!). Now we've just got to think of one for the next one - it's got to match! Confused
finding that doesn't sound any fun at all! I agree with diamond about popping to the GP - or can you ring them? When can you poas?

I've just got huge clods of ewcm! Feeling really stupid could I have missed ovulation? Then I remember that my cervix is low and reflexologist said I'd ovulated, blah de blah... I go through zen phases and then back to crazy wittering. Doesn't help that I've got creative block with a deadline tomorrow (i.e. It's too easy to procrastinate and not enough distraction around)

Definitely tomorrow morning if AF hasn't arrived. But I honestly don't expect anything. Not looking forward to the disappointment of I'm honest. What about you, will you poas soon?
