Cervical position at af and early pregnancy?

hi,
I'm ttc #1 and af is currently a few days late.
I've had some symptoms such as tender boobs and what I assume may be implantation bleeding (light pink spotting in the form of pink water, sorry tmi, which lasted a couple of hours and was extremely light with a few cramps) this was about 7dpo.
I've been checking the position of my cervix and a few days ago it was low and hard as I would expect if af were to come. I've checked it again and now it's really high (practically out of reach) and from what I can feel I think it's quite soft?

I'm going to take a pregnancy test tomorrow (well, buy one tomorrow and try and hold til Wednesday morning but I doubt I can wait that long) but I don't want to get my hopes up too much so I just wondered if what I've described sounds about right for someone due for af or someone that could be pregnant?

I realise it's a bit of a long shot as mumsnetters aren't exactly gynaecologists but I have so many niggling questions I have no one else to ask really!

Thank you all

The best way to find out is to test. Why are you waiting till Wednesday to test? At worst a negative will be inconclusive until af shows up.

You will know your body and what is normal for you, whether af is always regular or can be within a few days, what symptoms you normally get?

Have to say I've never checked the position of my cervix so can't help you there!

Good luck with whatever outcome you want.
