Natural ways to encourage periods to return

Hi we are hoping to ttc baby #2 but I have had no period since stopping bf at end of January. My periods were v irregular pre dd as well. I have got some agnus castus and some raspberry leaf tea but not sure which is best to try and encourage af

Do you have agnus in liquid form? I took this for about a month before it started to work x

I took flaxseed tabs I got from Holland and Barrett. Period came back the next month.
