Ovulation pain?

Does anyone else get ovulation pain? I usually get cramps for about 2/3 days with 1 of the days being more painful than period pain (I barely get period pain). I've also noticed that it seems to favour one side?

Just curious about everyone's experience of mittelwertsatz??

Yes, I've always had Mittelschmerz. And like you it's often worse on one side (the right, where I've had a few burst ovarian cysts, perhaps coincidentally).

I find it worse than period pain for about 20 minutes.

Apparently something like 1 in 5 women have it.

when I was gooogling it described a mild cramping but for one of the day (most of it but not all) it's very intense. glad to read someone else goes through the same as I do!

I get really angry when it's at its most painful. Just like childbirth.

haha! I have to admit I get a but grumpy too
luckily my DH is very understanding loll

I've had it last 3 cycles. It's always on the right & feels like I've got a sharp stone stuck in there!

Think I'm going to OV from left side this cycle due to swollen lymph node I've not felt before. Be interesting to see if this side will hurt too.
