I'm using Ovia which seems good though don't bother paying the 79p for the 'extras' as they are entirely pointless!

I use period tracker, I like the subtle widget and historical cycle length tracking.

I'd also recommend Period Tracker - you can download it for free or it's about £1.50 for the full version, which includes pregnancy tracking. It's really very good for tracking your ovulation/fertile symptoms :)
