Did anyone else get twinges on one side or either side before bfp

Hi all. I had an embryo transfer so I am 8dpt, I am now getting fairly consistent twinges on my right and left sides. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this before a bfp. Xx

Mines entirely the same as period which makes quite frustrating symptom spotting! Having said that I've just had about half an hour of really bad left hand side pain and I'm hoping for a true bfp tomorrow, I got a faint one today so maybe...?
