Natural pregnancy in year after DH vasectomy?

Anyone know anything about this and the chances of it happening?

Our surgeon has a few testimonials on his website from couples who didn't need to return for a 3 month sperm test because they'd got pregnant.
My DH had his vasectomy reversed in February. I'm nervous about the sperm test results but at least it will give us a good idea about what steps to take next.

Oh wait. I didn't read the thread title properly. I thought you meant vasectomy reversal. Sorry!

How long had your DH have a vasectomy? I hope his sperm count is good!

He had his vasectomy four and a half years before the reversal. The surgeon was pretty hopeful that it was successful but it just depends on his balls remembering that they're supposed to make sperm! All sorts of other factors too... but fingers crossed. We're not getting out hopes up that it'll be an easy journey though.
