One St*p false positive?

Hi everyone.

I havent posted here in a while but keep up to date with all the news. Last month I had a few days of positive one step pregnancy tests but negative on all other brands. I put it down to a chemical. This month I reckon I am 8/9dpo and suffering fromsore nipples and extreme tiredness. I took another test from the same batch as last month and there was a very obvious pink line after the 10 minutes. Did a superdrug and it was negative.

Has anyone experienced false posiitves with this brand? I will try and test with frer tomorrow.

Any result that only appears after 10 minutes needs to be disregarded.

I'm not sure about false positives but it's too early to test! Give it a few days at least.

I've had loads of false positives with one step promartis. They're utterly crap.

Thanks for the replies. BFN this morning. I am putting the positives done to brilliant pink evap lines. grr!!!

Yeah last month, they are shite.

I used ones from eBay last time I was TTC, they seemed better.

I got a kind of line on loads, and as they only give faint BFPs at first it's easy to get your hopes up.

I googled them and found someone saying they had a BFP from their tap water!
