Any around for some advice?

So I am either 9 or 10 dpo (detected lh surge on opks both last fri and sat then ran out of sticks!) if I'm playing it safe and guessing Saturday then I am 9dpo but due af on Friday going by my 28 day cycle, bfn on frer this morning :( but I have had horrible cramps all day which usually only happen a day or 2 before af's arrival and the low dull ache on my left hand side has now developed into a spiky/nipping sensation down below, especially felt when peeing?
I know this is probably the tww insanity symptom spotting but the frer bfn sort of made me feel I was out this month and now the pains have me second guessing
Should I use my dpo to estimate when to test (in which case im too early even for frer) or af date of arrival (in which case frer could have picked it up)
I am wondering whether to try again in the morning but I'm not sure if enough will have changed in a day!
I know the logical answer is to wait a couple of days just not sure if I have the willpower!

I've been experiencing the same thing! Not quite sure how many dpo I am I think around 8? Usually keep a diary with everything in but left it in work as ive been trying to ignore all symptoms I may think I have!!
Anyway, I've had those dull aches too feel similar to ones I get when af is due although it's not due for another week (or just under) hoping it's only good news!
I'd say test when AF is due , I know a lot of people don't get BFPs til 13dpo and each day really does make a difference!

Thanks madgiebean, I managed to resist poas this morning so hopefully I can hold out until friday! Pain and cramps completely gone today wereas they usually gather momentum with af so hopefully I'm not out yet!
