I'm going out of my mind ! So deflated

I don't know where to start I'm just going to try and get some answers or just anything positive .... Today is my 9 th day late for my 28 day cycle I have taken 5 pregnancy tests all of diff makes from clear blue to first response to some cheap ones off eBay !!!! I have no signs of anything apart from some white discharge !! We have been trying for 14 month now and there is absolutely nothing up with either me or my partner his sperm is as healthy as my eggs ... So what is happening now why am I late with a negative result !!! Somebody please help me xxx

Bodies & hormones can be a strange thing and some months we ovulate late or skip one altogether. Stress can make it worse so try not to worry about it too much (easier said than done, I know)

Ah hugs ktd how totally frustrating for you! I'm afraid I can't offer any answers, I'm pretty new to it all myself but I agree that stress could cause it - my sister is going through fertility treatment at the moment and her cycle has always been like clockwork until now when it's came to crunch time and she's been late!!

Snap! I'm 7days late for a 28 day cycle today with bfn on Friday. Thought af was appearing yesterday but it appears she has changed her mind. It's a total headfuck but don't lose hope yet. Lots of people get late bfps fingers firmly crossed for you, and if you do just happen to get a late period I hope it doesn't hit you too hard.

Double snap! Just came on here to moan about the same thing! I am 11 days late on a 29 day cycle, I have sore boobs and cramps and have done since I was due on. Tested negative on Friday (testing again tomorrow). Thing is I think it's quite unlikely I'm pregnant (unless I ovulated 3 days before I was due on).

Now I had been a bit crazy ttc in previous months but my work situation has changed and now it would be bad for me to be pregnant (although whatever - I'd still be delighted!). So this month I have been quite chilled, I've not been ill, no changes in diet - no reason not to have come on.

I wouldn't even care if I came on now and didn't get a bfp - I just want clarity!

Ktdnn83 do you know if you ovulate late in your cycle ever? The only thing I can think is if I am pregnant then I might only be 13dpo so there is a good chance it would have been neg when I tested at 11dpo.

Anybody else been through this and just come on super late or got a bfp?

Hi ladies thanks for replying !! lemon101 this is where it gets so confusing for me .... I ovulate when I'm on my period ! Usually the third day on my period !! We have the clear blue ovulation kits and each month has always been on my period !!! (Just my luck) I didn't even know it was possible to ovulate when on my period ! Anyway I haven't done the ovulation kit for two months now tomorrow I'm 10 days late no sign of period no symptoms of pregancy either just sore boobs that seem to be sore every month !

I am sick of crying sick of feeling disappointed and recently feeling quite envious of pregnant people and its taking its toll on me ! I'm 32 this year we are ready its just not happening ! We have sex all the time sometimes twice a day !!! I know stress brings late periods ... I'm going to the doctor Wednesday ! Maybe hopefully I will have some answers then!!!

So frustrating xxxx

oh Ktdnn83, I'm totally with you. I'm also 32 and I've had months where I couldn't stop crying with disappointment. And to be honest with you part of me seethes with sadness and jealousy overtime one of my friends appears with their cute little bundle of joy. I'm happy for them but why does it seem to be so much harder for me to get preggers?!

You ovulate when you are on your period? That is pretty crazy, but mother nature does like a laugh! If you ovulated early this month for whatever reason maybe it is just too early to get a bfp - I know its horrible advice, but wait another 2 weeks and keep testing.

I'd be dead interested to see what the doctor says - keep us posted.

Just a random thought - if you have sex everyday you might want to make it every few days. I'm sure I've heard something about sperm quality decreasing with a really high frequency. It might not be that though.

I know it's always at the end of my period when I ovulate it's not ideal for my fiancé but has to be done !! (Not the best time to have sex ) ! Oh I think everybody seems to be pregnant at the minute or it's just we are realising it more as we want it more !! Yes I'm going wednesday so praying for some good news ! I have read stories where women say 'I was 20 days late and only just got my positive ' but maybe they are just stories !! Argghhhh ..... So bloody frustrating it's taking up all my time and thoughts! So how are you ?? any sign of your period yet ? Xxx

soooooo, poas today (as was going to be drinking over the next few days) and bam - unexpected bfp .

seriously I am super amazed! Fingers and toes and everything crossed.

So, I am now one of this irritating people with good news but...... take this as some hope. I know that we could only have got preggers when we dtd 2 days before I was due to come on - 2 DAYS (did not have sex the entire month before hand due to insane thrush that wouldn't go). So you may ovulate during your period, but I think if I got my bfp with a 2 day luteal phase anything is possible!

I really hope you get some good news on weds. As I say, let us know!

If you are relying solely on ovulation kits to check ovulation I would be cautious. It's faurky unlikely that you are ovulating in day 3 of a 28 day cycle. I would be aiming to have sex between day 10 and 18 and not just when your ovulation kit is telling you. I know someone whose ovulation kits told her shecwas ovulating day 8. Her Dr showed her on ultrasound that she ovulated day 16. Those kits are not 100% reliable. Good luck n

So you got pregnant two days before your af was due ? Wow !!! Amazing news ...... Hey workingbling maybe the clear blue ovulation kits are not accurate then !! To be fair we have sex everyday !! Not complaining about that but I do not miss a day ! Still no sign of af and gonna test again tomorrow !! X

Thanks so much for your wishes! I used an eBay cheapie strip and a stick called 'answers' from savers. The internet cheapie picked it up (but wasn't that clear), the other stick was super clear though and then the next day I confirmed with a first response. Tbh the 'answers' stick looks identical to the first response but was half the price (same thing just unbranded?) - 4.99 for 2 so I would def buy one of those if u have a savers in your area.

Something has happened , my period has lasted one day !! Nothing now absolutely nothing .. So fed up shitty cycle shitty periods ! X
