One day period at 8dpo? What do you make of this?

Ok so I'm still breastfeeding so expecting short luteal phase. But yesterday (7dpo) I had a bit of spotting and a faint line on an internet cheapie. Today I had a proper flow - not heavy but achy and bright red.

And it's now stopped. Maybe a bit of spotting, but that's it.

Weird!

I'm also in my 40s so time is ticking on so don't want to waste a single month... Anyone want to guess on my chances?

Could it be implantation bleeding maybe?

I thought implantation bleeding was light and spotting-like though? This was bright red with achiness. I'm also hugely bloated, which is not a normal period symptom for me. Really, visible to other people, bloatec

I think you're just having a weird period, it happens sometimes.

Some people have had implantation bleeding that lasts for several days and can be quite heavy so there is a chance it could be that. Good luck
