Today I am 6dpo and been charting my temps for the first time this cycle! Had an obiovious peak at ovulation which was confirmed with positive OPK and ov pain! But what is the 2nd spike today all about!?

It's a bit early to say. Did you take it later than usual, get up in the night or do something else different?

If not it could be the beginning of a second temperature shift giving you a triphasic chart. Sometimes this can be a sign of pregnancy. It isn't always, though, and with only one temp it might not even be triphasic.

No it was completely the same .... Nothing different!! Will see what the morning brings!!

It sometimes just happens, there are so many reasons it could do. It's a bit early for a triphastic shift that would be related to implantation. Single one off temperatures don't really count for much, but more the overall pattern, so unless it's high for more than 2 days I'd disregard it and not give it another thought. Which is way, way, way easier said than done. Good luck, hope this is your month.

Ovulation doesn't "peak", there's typically a drop in temp followed by a rise (the dip is called the "nadir").

The OPK's are positive before you ovulate (show a surge in LH), and the temp change is after ovulation. Cramping occurs before actual ovulation as well. So I would say you OV'd around 20 are are 7DPO and this "could" be an implantation temp shift. It could also be nothing because triphasic doesn't always mean pregnant.

Fingers crossed and good luck!
