Well my period is not due for another week but yesterday I had brown dishcharge in my knickers when I woke up. During the day it turned to blood now I'm bleeding light though not as much as a period but enough to have to use a tampon. Could this be an early period or implantation ? I also have had stomach cramps since yesterday like a nagging sensation in my lower abdomen x
