Totally confused after coil loss

This is a little complicated so please bear with me ! I had a mirena coil for just over 4 years with no problems after about a six month settling in period . I bled a little but not heavily at period times . Anyway several weeks ago I suffered some pain in my cervical area and tummy cramps . No bleeding . I didn't feel quite right after that but could still feel my threads and the pain stopped . I had sexual intercourse as normal . About 6 days after I last had sex ( I don't live with my partner) I felt uncomfortable and put my fingers inside and my coil came out , no pain , no bleeding . About 3 days later I bled a tiny bit but not enough for a sanitary towel . I've felt sick and tired and very hungry for the last week ( it's 11 days since it fell out) do did a p test ( several cheap ones ) all are negative . No period yet and my breasts are killing me but I know it might be my hormones etc . I'm 39 and a mum of 4 btw . Any thoughts ? I'm just waiting for a period but it's worrying ! Thankyou .

I should also add that the last bleed I had before the coil came out was only 3 weeks ago now . It was very light but that's not unusual . If that was a period then I guess it could still be early for testing ? Confused
