Ovulating or pregnant?

I'm on CD 19 and I haven't had a positive opk until today. Thing is, all day I have had a tugging feeling in my lower left abdomen and I was starting to think I could be pregnant. I had a miscarriage a few months ago and it's the same feeling I had when I was last pregnant. I just read that opk can sometimes detect pregnancy so now I'm really confused! My cycles are irregular so I'm not sure when I am supposed to ovulate but I don't normally get ovulation pains. What is more likely on cd 19?

I would say ovulation is more likely as too early for a positive pregnancy test.

Could it be that you are more aware of sensations in that area at the moment?

Could be! It's definately an identical feeling to when I was pregnant but maybe it doesn't mean anything!
