Anyone else due to ovulate this weekend? Let's try and make some Xmas babies!

I promised myself I'd give myself a break from TTC number 2 for a couple of months - but as I approach ovulation this weekend I'm not sure I can help myself

Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

Maybe we can get lucky together...

it's so frustrating isn't it surfer! No more OPKS after this month, I'd rather not know! I have just spent a lovely evening with my friend's 3 and 1 year olds so I'm hoping the broody hormones will wake my ovaries up!

I have two more sticks, then not gonna bother again- too much hassle! Just gonna dtd as much as possible through the whole month! Hope everyone else's ov rubs off on us! (As it were...)

If it's worth anything, I got pregnant with my son after 8 months of trying, after ditching opks - which I never got a positive on, by traking my cervix and cervical mucus instead.

I read a great book by Toni weschler called taking charge of your fertility. It really helped me to get pregnant.

I've heard that's good mumtoason.. Will have to check it out.. And nice to hear that OPK isn't the only way.. It gets me down if I overthink it..

Negative opk again today, only one stick left that I'll use tomorrow so hope I get a smiley. So frustrating!

So after positive OPK's fri and sat got a temp rise this mornin so looks like my little egg has started its journey!! Here's hoping that it's all fertilised and ready to stick for a perfect wee Christmas baby!!

I am officially 3dpo today. Hopefully the egg is fertilised and on it's way. Fx for a sticky one!

I'm 3/4 DPO (FF thinks I ovulated on Thursday, I think I ovulated Friday) so in two week wait now!

Love having other people who are in the tww ..... It drives me mad and DH gets sick of me talking about it!! Im in 2dpo and keeping everything crossed!! Hope all your eggs are sticky x

I'm in the 2ww now too but how can i work out how many dpo I am when I never got a positive opk? Confused!

i only know because I temp (don't use OPK's as I don't trust them that much).

I started using opk's in dec and find them confusing and this month IVE actually managed to remeber to chart my temp and can see why it's so reliable!! Hopefully it will work but would def recomended doing it to get that definite answer x

Well I am guessing I'm in the tww, opk showed a positive for ovulation on Thursday and Friday but have had zero ewcm which is so confusing because it's usually plentiful at around this time of the month, I'd it possible I've missed it? Tmi coming up but with doing the deed so much it's hard to tell what's what af due next Friday so I am hoping this week passes quickly!

I'm in the 2ww but I'm not sure where exactly :-/ positive opk on Wednesday, dtd Wednesday and Thursday, how far into the 2ww am I, can anyone explain to me please?

Hi epskie, I'm the same! To keep myself sure I am counting the tww to be the two weeks before af is due, I am due next Friday so am guessing im 3 days in, you sound not too far off me if you're on a 28 day cycle?

Hi MissM it's hard for me to track my af at the minute as I had a mc in December but needed an erpc 3 weeks ago :-( so I'm only going from my opk result really and when we had sex.
I think you and I are at almost the same point, fingers crossed for us!!

Am due to ovulate sometime during the next three to four days, cross your fingers for me this month as I have been trying to conceive for a year and half now, hoping this will be my lucky month. I would so love a Christmas baby, one born on 25th December would be the best Christmas present I could ever ask for.

I'm ovulating later than I anticipated, based on EWCM today or tomorrow is going to be my peak day.
So I won't be able to think about testing until two weeks from now.
I'm thrilled so many lovely ladies are here sharing their journeys.

So the tww is officially driving me crazy! I am 6/7 dpo and have had to delay my usual tesco delivery order from Friday to Sunday so I'm not tempted to use the first response I've added to the basket
Can I ask how everyone feels about alcohol in the tww? I have a big night out planned on Saturday and feel I am in limbo in regards to whether I can have a glass or 2 of wine, my friends will be so suss if I don't and it will be too soon to tell until Monday! So confused
