Hi My husband and I are ttc baby #1 I came off the pill in October and started trying in December. I have had regular period so far but now I have had no period since 28th Jan the last 3 weeks I have been spotting brown discharge but only when I wipe (sorry TMI) and not constant it can come and go throughout the day. I also feel very tired and cannot stomach certain foods that I always liked. I have taken pregnancy tests but all BFN. Has anybody else had the same problem and should I be worried about the brown discharge.

If you have any concerns, I would get a check up or just have a word with a nurse just to express some concerns or see if they have any advice.

I conceived my first right when I didn't want it to happen. My second (boy)was planned and it only took 3 months to conceive but it was 3 months too long and I was very caught up on it and impatient, because I lost my first born daughter at 25 weeks gestation, so was very keen to be a mummy after losing her. I am now 37 weeks pregnant with my third and conceived her accidently 8 weeks after my son was born (I blame him for being such a great sleeper and allowing OH and I to have time to ourselves!!)

What I am trying to say is, I am a firm believer in trying to relax and when you are relaxed and not stressing and try to remain positive then your body will know its ready, things will regulate and I think its mother natures way of knowing your body will start growing a baby when the 'environments' ready

Good luck to you. Wishing you a baby.

Thanks for your reply. I am going to see my GP today and hopefully he can give me some answers. We are both quite relaxed just worried about the brown Old blood and still no AF since January yet regular before this.
Im sorry to hear about your daughter but glad you have a lovely son and another on the way :) I hope all goes well with the birth as not to long now for you.
