Last month I drove myself nuts with symptom spotting and early poas. I had every sign and symptom going and was convinced I was pregnant. Luckily I kept a list of all my many symptoms on a calendar so this time if necessary I can remind myself that pms has all the same same features as early pregnancy.
I'm determined not to test until 23rd, as I think I should come on then if I'm going to, must stay strong!! Anyone want company in ignoring the whole thing?!

I've been so good this month and only started to do a bit of symptoming the last couple of days. AF due Saturday but testing tomorrow due to wanting to know if I can drink wine tomorrow night.

epskie · 26/03/2015 16:44

Fingers crossed oyster Smile

TerryTheGreenHorse · 26/03/2015 17:07

Oyster I am well impressed! I'd never last that long.

Good luck fx for you

epskie · 26/03/2015 17:56

Ladies quick question, I've got myself all confused, numbers were never my strong point. If I got a smiley on my opk on Wednesday and dtd on Wednesday and Thursday - how many dpo am I? Confused

fuzzywuzzy · 26/03/2015 18:05

Wednesday just gone yesterday? You'd be 1dpo

If you're talking last week then you're 8dpo.

TerryTheGreenHorse · 26/03/2015 18:16

You usually ovulate between 24-48 hours after the smiley so I'd probably assume you ovulated between Wednesday and Thursday.

I'm only just going into the tww, think i ovulated yesterday!

Long way to go.

epskie · 26/03/2015 19:08

Sorry should have specified, doh! Last Wednesday, so I'm 8dpo? When is best to test, 14dpo isn't it?

Lots of dtd for you then Terry Wink

MalibuDaisy · 26/03/2015 19:12

Hoping I can join in now as I'm about to enter the 2ww with an absolute ban on all symptom spotting, because it did my head in last month! All of my "pregnancy" symptoms were actually symptoms of an impending shitty cold, and this month I'm determined not to POAS until AF is a whole day late, and just forget about the whole "Am I, aren't I?" thing! Easier said than done, I guess Wink

Springflower3 · 26/03/2015 19:13

Ok, just got in to pjs and near cried with pain at taking bra off... Would it be too early to have this pain!!!?? Af not due to 4th!

Springflower3 · 26/03/2015 19:18

epskie · 26/03/2015 20:25

Good luck Malibu hope.you're better than us at not symptom spotting! I have flu at the moment so any symptoms kind of don't count.

Yes you did spring it sounds like a positive one though! ( . ) ( . )

Springflower3 · 26/03/2015 20:45

epskie your doing really well with the not spotting!! Lol!

Good luck Malibu! It is so tough not to notice every cramp etc!!!

doomkittycleo · 26/03/2015 22:36

All of my symptoms are the same as last month Sad sore boobs, twinges, creamy cm. So best not to expect anything. Wish I could stop waiting for that bfp.

TerryTheGreenHorse · 26/03/2015 22:38

Ive had all the symptoms the past few months so I know now I can't trust any of them!

Springflower3 · 27/03/2015 09:53

FattyFishwife · 27/03/2015 11:41

look what i got this morning (after double checking yesterdays!) after 18 months of trying, shovelling umpteen supplements down my neck every day and peeing on lord knows how many opk sticks!

BFP!

anyone else in the 2ww but absolutely not symptom spotting this time?
epskie · 27/03/2015 12:04

FFWcongrats!!! Woohoo, well done you Star how many dpo are you?

Is 9dpo too soon to test??? Blush

FattyFishwife · 27/03/2015 12:14

today im 14 dpo, but tested at 10 dpo with an early response/cheap version of FRER and there was a barely there shadow of a line, which was there in some lights/some angles and disappeared in others, so i thought i was just imagining things.

i waited (soooo hard) till 13 dpo and used a clearblue digital, and was shocked to see it tell me i was pregnant, i didnt believe it, so tested again with FMU with an ordinary clearblue and got the result above!

this morning i also tested with an internet cheapie dip strip that supposed to be as sensitive as 10mlu, and it showed absolutely bugger all!

Springflower3 · 27/03/2015 12:23

Where you symptom spotting FFW

Big congrats also!!!!!

FortySixandTwo · 27/03/2015 12:29

Hi All,

First post but long time lurker, been TTC for 3 yrs, Due see fertility specialist next month, I'm a devil for symptom spotting and need some strong words and maybe a little reality check to get me through the next 48 hours until AF arrives bang on time as it always does. Have had the DH lock the purse in the car so I absolutely cannot go into my O/D by buying pg tests :(

x

FattyFishwife · 27/03/2015 12:35

springflower

erm.......no...of course not!!

erm....maybe just a teeny weeny little bit....

ok ok.... I couldnt help myself noticing that maybe my boobs hurt more for longer, did my back hurt more....was i farting more than normal, was my constipation a sign.....was the fact i saw 2 magpies 3 days running a sign (thats a totes legit sign/symptom BTW!!)

Springflower3 · 27/03/2015 12:40

FFW do u believe they were genuine now that are are pg?

FattyFishwife · 27/03/2015 13:00

my boobs definitely, they have hurt for the entire fortnight, when usually its just 3-4 days, and its been a different pain....like tingling/fizzing/burning, and the constipation to, the only time i ever get that is when i take co-codamol, which i havent had.

oh and of course the magpies...always trust those birdies!

Springflower3 · 27/03/2015 13:13

Ha ha I have seen any of them now! With my boobs I'm thinking do I usually have sore boobs and not notice before AF???

TerryTheGreenHorse · 27/03/2015 13:14

I think it's fairly normal to have sore boobs anyway, but it's hard to remember from month to month.
