Help!! I think I have ovulation spotting.. When to DTD?!

I'm on CD7 today but I'm currently away from my partner visiting family and won't be able to DTD Til tomorrow night. I've felt twinges in one side and today I had an increase in discharge although it wasn't as stretchy and as transparent as I think it should be close to ovulation.

I'm convinced im now ovulating but as I won't see my partner til tomorrow night will I have missed my fertile window or is this just the start of it???
I'm so tempted to get the first train back to my partner if this is the case!!

It may not have been ovulation spotting as AF only finishes a couple of days ago so could be due to that...

Is it normal for you to having spotting at ovulation? Not something I've ever experienced. How long is your cycle? Seems a bit early so more likely it's the end of AF. Do you use opks?

Hi Oyster I haven't used OPKs yet, keep telling myself to buy clear blue but I've just been so busy up and down visiting family Ive spent a small fortune in train fares and Mother's Day presents I don't want to fork out another £30 for it:( . My cycle is usually 28-30 days so CD7 is waaay too early. I think I'm getting myself all worried because I haven't been able to DTD for a while since I haven't been home and when I was home AF was there. I've never really noticed spotting before but Google said it wasn't uncommon (perhaps should stay away from Google I always get conflicting answers to questions).

I think I should stop stressing but it crossed my mind that this could be a sign of ovulation?
