Good luck, Lucy Smile

Nomio don't give up Thanks Sorry you're feeling down.

juneybean · 16/03/2015 12:07

Oh nomio I'm so sorry you're feeling so down :(

auroraboringalis · 16/03/2015 12:08

Yay to dottie and girl! Nomio keep burning those candles!

lucieloos · 16/03/2015 12:28

Nomio sorry you are feeling down. IVF doesn't have low success rates though. We have been given 40% chance of success which increases to about 65% over 3 cycles so you would be more likely to get pregnant that not. It has much better success rates than IUI. Think positive.

mrsb0710 · 16/03/2015 12:29

Hi ladies.

Started my digi OPKs today, so I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.

My CM is confusing - haha no where else I could get away with saying that - not quite ewcm, but close to it. Last cycle I didn't ov until cd17, so I have no idea what's going on.

Poor DH was so upset last night, I think just it being mothers day, and I should have been pregnant, and everything we went through with my mc. I think we sometimes forget the toll that ttc and everything surrounding it has on our OHs. Bless em, sometimes they just need some TLC and we just want their spermz.

Congrats to all the amazing BFPs we've had, and Flowers for ladies having a bad day.

dottiemad · 16/03/2015 12:34

Well we started TTC as soon as I finished my bleed post pill taking, we DTD regularly until I started getting cramps (I estimate 15 DPO), cramps have subsided now and still enjoying even though the deed is done!

DOV: 25th Feb.

Mumof1sofar · 16/03/2015 12:37

Thanks dottie SmileDid dov mean you ovulated on 25th feb?

spinningirl10 · 16/03/2015 12:38

Nomio, sorry you're feeling down. You've been trying for so long it's understandable. Are you in the ivf waiting list? It's got to be worth a try. It's a low percentage for those trying naturally every month, it's a wonder anyone ever gets pregnant accidentally! Sending a hugSmile

Victoria, sorry af has painfully arrived. Yay for sperm drop and good luck speaking to the later.

Sparkly, how are you today?

tessiegirl · 16/03/2015 12:39

Fab news Girl and Dottie! Wow, how well is this bus doing?!!! Grin

Sorry you are feeling low Nomio What were you on Clomid for?

I am on a mission to clean the house today....I hate cleaning....ugh Angry

loopylou1984 · 16/03/2015 12:40

Nomio - I get it. I really do, it's tough month after month of trying only to receive a temp drop or bfn. It feels like it's never going to happen, and totally unfair that it come so easily, multiple times, to other people. It isn't fair, but it doesn't mean your time won't come. As Lucie said, IVF success rates aren't that low, there is still hope.
It's partly your hormones making you feel like this (as I'm sure I will need reminding of in 2 weeks time), so allow yourself a sad day. Sending hugs your way, Xx

fififolle · 16/03/2015 12:45

Wow, there's two more! Congratulations Girlsailor and Dottie, what wonderful news xx

nightandthelight · 16/03/2015 13:03

Just found out my friend who had a baby in November has missed a period and will be testing on Friday (same day as me). Hate to be a bad friend but will be devastated of she is pg (again) and I'm not Sad

Major hugs nomio is IVF/adoption not an option? Don't give up on your dream of being a mum!

Sparkly123 · 16/03/2015 13:03

Congrats Girl and Dottie another two BFPs! Great news!

Bean so sorry about the bfn. When is AF due to arrive?? Flowers

Nomio so sorry you are feeling so low. You are really a tower of strength and determination for trying so long, you have come this far..you mustn't give up now. You want to be a mother and you will Be. It's awful it takes so long for some, I can't imagine how you must feel. But think of all the babies born through IVF... Why do you think you will not be one of the mums in the statistic? You can, and you will be. Please don't give up hope.. You will get your baby, there is always always a way. Are you on the waiting list? Sending positive thoughts to you. It really is understandable how you are feeling, I know it must be soul destroying.. But you must keep focused on that end result. Because you will get there. You deserve it so much Flowers

Sparkly123 · 16/03/2015 13:04

night fingers crossed for you!!

tessie good luck with operation clean up!

Nomio230 · 16/03/2015 13:06

Thank you, lovely ladies. You guys are amazing and I don't know what I would do without you.

DH just took me out for lunch & has calmed me down slightly. I am going to go back to the private Dr to try & get another prescription for Clomid & we will just keep going.

We had been referred for IVF & had an appointment, but as we have just moved house, we are now under a new CCG.

I saw out new Dr on Friday & he said we have to be re-referred & may well have to go through all the tests again. He can't even refer me yet, as they still haven't received our medical notes from the other surgery.

I am just fed up of it all. Sorry for the me me me posts.

nightandthelight · 16/03/2015 13:06

Thanks Sparkly feeling hopeful as this is a definite thing rather than something I have imagined, just have to hope it isn't a prelude to AF :)

Sparkly123 · 16/03/2015 13:07

Spinning sorry for temp drop. You feeling ok??

victoria ditto. Been up through night again and currently in bed with heat bag, electric blanket and painkillers. Joy! So sorry to hear you are in pain. But not long for IUI lovely. That is a great step forward Flowers

dottiemad · 16/03/2015 13:07

I think so, I had EWM. Its our first cycle after I came off the pill so a little unsure.
x

Sparkly123 · 16/03/2015 13:08

Purdey pie. Yoo hoo. Hope you are alright lovely

auroraboringalis · 16/03/2015 13:12

night wow November and possibly pregnant again four months down the line! Shock I hazard she's not breastfeeding or is she one of those miracle people? In which case I am Mostly Envy though.

nightandthelight · 16/03/2015 13:15

She is breast feeding I believe but her periods returned to normal very quickly hence why it is strange that she has missed one aurora. Not sure how she wi manage a teenage step son and two babies with her husband working away during the week Confused

Beansprout30 · 16/03/2015 13:15

nomio am so sorry, we've not been trying anywhere near as long as you but it is absolutely crushing every month when it doesn't happen. It's so bloody hard to see everyone around getting pregnant so easily Flowers your dh sounds like a diamond. Xx

sparkly af due weds, think that's why I test early cause my luteal phase is 11-12 days. I just know im going to be out.

Beansprout30 · 16/03/2015 13:27

For those of you who have been trying a while, have you confided in anyone about it? I feel like I really need to offload and have a good cry but I just don't know who to speak to, dh would rather we didn't tell anyone

TrixieRay · 16/03/2015 13:41

3 BFPs in a day- good work ladies. Congratulations Heir, Knit and Coffee. Next stop 4 BFPs in a day!

Victoria, sorry AF arrived but glad she didn't ruin your weekend.

Lucie, I'm excited for you and we are definitely all cheering you on!

Nomio, I'm sorry you're feeling low. Long time ttc is so hard and draining but we will all get our babies and it will be worth the wait. I really hope you don't have to go through tests again.

Beansprout, I've told most of my friends, some are more sympathetic than others. Do you have any siblings? My sister is really understanding and a great support.

Pikz · 16/03/2015 13:42

That's me out and off to cycle 16 and off the buses I think. Too much to put myself through this every month
