symptoms...how many dpo?

Just wondering if it's possible to have possible to have strong pregnancy symptoms relatively quickly after conception?
In currently in the wtf cycle after a mmc (surgically resolved on Feb 13th) and have no idea if I have ovulated yet. I was still getting a bfp for acouple of weeks after that though. I've got the sorest boobs over the last couple of days, even walking quickly is making me cringe. The only time I've had that before was when pregnant, not during a regular cycle. I also feel pretty sick. There's no way I'm possibly far enough past any possible ovulation to test though....I thought hcg had to build up for a while before symptoms started?
Has anyone had strong symptoms before hcg was high enough to test?

Yes. I was certain I was pregnant within a few days with both DC2 & DC3. I had sore boobs & felt sick. My cycle was very regular though, and I knew when I was ovulating.

Thanks....I guess I'm just going to have to get some patience from somewhere and wait either for af to turn up or poas next week. I'm not great at patience though lol.

I started getting symptoms at 9dpo but despite daily testing I didn't get my BFP until 5 days later.

I'm getting symptoms and due to coming off the pill I'm not sure if I've even ovulated! Either I ovulated much earlier than expected and conceived and I have pregnancy symptoms but is too early to come up on a test, or I'm ovulating later than expected and my symptoms are ovulation symptoms. They both feel to me like period symptoms anyway so it's a merry guessing game!

I am maybe a week behind as I started with my mc a week after you. I got a bp until about 10 days after it started. I used opks and think I am currently 6dpo. On 3dpo I had really strong cramps like I've never had unless af is just starting. I put it down to the wtf cycle and thought I was going to have an 18 day cycle but nothing so far. I've also felt pretty sick on and off for the last few days.

I'm assuming it's far to early to be anything other than just my body settling down and still getting over it all, but would love to be proved wrong I did an IC test today as I was worried that maybe I had misread the bfn that put me in the clear but still nothing so I don't think it's anything sinister.

I've only been trying to ttc a few months and last month I was pretty sure there was no way I was pg, only to get a bfp. I didn't have the cramping last month or sickness this early, but I don't really want to repeat last month either!

What cd are you on? Are we close?
