Went to a day spa with 5 of my closest friends today; it was lovely. Had a neck, back and shoulders massage and she found tons of knots in my shoulders and worked them all out! I feel like a new person. She asked me before she started if there were any particular areas that I wanted her to focus on. I contemplated saying 'my womb', but decided against it in the end.

Right I have done these and Dh is still unsure! Can you please all tell Mr knitfast that he's upduffed me?
