hey all. :) I brought these of amazon, but now they've come I'm debating taking them. Hmm I've heard they're good for regulating periods, and although I seem to have regulated myself over the past couple of months, I still have a week out here and there. It's hard for me to know when I'm ovulating, so I'm hoping these will help. however, I've heard some women say they don't help and just mess their cycles up even more.. do I risk it? Hmm my cycles have only just started to settle after a year of two week bleeds every month! Confused any success stories? x

Hello, I used agnus castus a couple of years ago to try to correct a terribly long cycle- anything from 60 odd to 100 + days apart- after two months I went from that to between 30 -40 days apart ( did once achieve a 28 day cycle. I'd been ttc for a year and a half, began taking them in November and my periods regulated beautifully with Agnus castus and I was pregnant within 6 months of starting to take them. HOWEVER, although it seems they can be very effective for correcting a long cycle I too have read that they can cause trouble for shorter ones. It is always recommended to seek professional advice before taking things like these. It sounds like your cycle is correcting itself quite well and I would approach these with caution as agnus castus is powerful. The best of luck to you,I'm hope everything works out well for you xxxx
