Here's hoping this month is THE one!

Have you tried putting the temps into a temp corrector and seeing what the chart would look like then?

mummyofonesofar · 18/03/2015 08:38

Who is taking note of the stats on this bus? Is this the first bus for April or have there been others?

spinningirl10 · 18/03/2015 09:10

Creme, sorry you didn't get to dtd last night. It's tough when that happens. Hope it happens later.

Sammy, I'm not much help with charts but the empty circles could be confusing FF, it very well may adjust ov again after a few more days of temps.

Sweets27 · 18/03/2015 09:49

Morning ladies! Smile

Sorry to hear about last night creme, how frustrating. Can't remember who it was yesterday who said they felt reassured by all of us moaning about our OHs not being up for sex all the time (daisy?), but it is so true. I'm sure it's an age thing in part - my DH was definitely way more up for it when we were younger (and he's only 30 now!) - but it's mostly the whole TTC process, that really kills the passion.

We did get around to dtd last night, which is nice - I'm feeling kinda positive this month, which is worrying as I know that only means I'll be more disappointed if/when I don't get my BFP on 1 April...

mummyofone, I'm not sure anyone has dealt with stats yet. It still feels like we're getting going, although I guess it's now 18 March so we should be getting a bit more organised! I would offer, but I do pop in and out a lot and I'm not sure I'll be here enough to keep it updated. Maybe we can survive without stats given we're quite a small bus?

mummyofonesofar · 18/03/2015 10:00

I may try to get a chart for stats sorted tonight as it will get busier when/if everyone starts piling off the March bus due to AF. Only 5 pages to go through to find the stats - isn't too bad....

DizzyNorthernBird · 18/03/2015 10:01

Morning all! Trying to catch up!

mummy this is still the first bus for April, stats hasn't really been discussed yet but now there's more of us we should probably make a start, I would volunteer but I'm on my iPad without any facility to write up the data. Any other takers?

It's always such a relief to see others struggling with their less than enthusiastic other halves. DP and I both work in stressful jobs working shifts, so before ttc we would usually only manage once or twice a month, which was fine by both of us because we were both happy that it didn't mean we didnt love each other, just that we were too tired! Then you get the media spouting figures that the average is twice a week for most couples and it makes you feel like you're sexually inadequate as a couple! Anyway, so no wonder DP finds it hard when I'm suddenly demanding it several times in a 5 day period, he's still tired, whereas I'm prepared to put in a bit of effort for 10 mins despite the fatigue. But I also need to know that we've put in a good effort, so if I have to go to see my gp in a few months time because I'm not pg, I feel happy myself that I deserve a referral or tests.

tessiegirl · 18/03/2015 10:13

Hello everyone, just had a read through what you have all been up to.

So sorry to those joining because of AF. Bitch.

Also sorry to those that are having problems with their DH's performing!! It is so frustrating when they fall asleep when it is the vital time!! Sometimes I don't think my DH has understood how it all works - have had to have a few biology lessons explaining how crucial timing is...then I worry dtd has become so forced and scientific...Confused

We went out last night (eventually, after a huge row Sad) so I missed OBEM but will catch up today. I couldn't be filmed going through labour either...although if you could guarantee it was going to be relatively easy and nothing was going to go wrong then maybe I would, but obviously you can't know these things in advance!

mummyofonesofar · 18/03/2015 10:27

##### STATS #####

I just need some volunteers to help keep it up to date! Have locked it for now so only I can edit or it can become a bit of a mess. If anyone has any updates them please make it clear by posting with lots of ##### so I can see.

Tessie sorry you had a row! I hope you enjoyed your evening ot once you got there! I have offered my DP a biology lesson but he can't be bothered to listen either!

elelfrance · 18/03/2015 10:32

elelfrance, 32, ttc#2, cycle 3, AF due somewhere between 15-24th of April, as cycles are all over the place at the minute !!

spinningirl10 · 18/03/2015 10:51

Mummy, thanks for doing the stats. I'm totally clueless with computers or I'd offer to help.

nightandthelight · 18/03/2015 10:58

I would love to help mummy but couldn't understand the shared sheet when I tried last month :(

TrixieRay · 18/03/2015 11:06

Interesting to read the chat about taking time off for fertility treatment. We are considering IVF in May/June (have a consultation at the clinic we went to for our tests on Monday!) still waiting on my NHS referral and they're only going to say keep trying until it's been 2 years and we don't want to wait until December. I am planning to tell my boss, he is really laid back. I would be worried about work stress in the lead up to and after the procedure so would need the support with my caseload. I think he may suspect that we are having problems, I've definitely not been myself at times.

Mummy, thank you for doing the stats!

Tessie, sorry to hear that you had a row with your DH, sometimes it is good to clear the air.

I'm planning to watch OBEM tonight too. I can't help myself from watching any program to do with babies! There was an interesting program on a few weeks ago about 4 women and their different births, and 16 and pregnant on MTV is my one of many guilty pleasures.

mummyofonesofar · 18/03/2015 11:07

I will try to keep up until people from the March bus come over and offer to help!

victoria401 · 18/03/2015 11:08

Sorry, can't help with stats as only use mn on my phone. I did however just notice that Sammy is ttc baby 17 Wink

Just come back from iui appointment and doesn't look promising for starting this cycle. Need to wait for my bloods to come back and I need to pop back in at 4.30pm after work and miss my frigging bus home to really make my day

tessiegirl · 18/03/2015 11:16

I would really love to help with stats but I'm no good with computer technical stuff....Sad

Tbh the row has been brewing for the last week or so, what with my pmt and DH being so mega mega busy and under pressure from work. All we talk about is his work and it gets me down especially when I am hormonal!! I am usually really understanding but it just got to me. He came home last night and we made up, then he mentions at 6.35pm that we need to go out the door at 6.50pm????!!!!! - I wasn't ready as I wasn't even 100% sure we were going out...so I hit the roof and it all went from bad to worse. Made up again and turned up at pub over an hour late but I was miserable and heart not in it at all. We left early and went for something to eat afterwards and actually talked about other things in life (no work, ttc etc) and I hope we have cleared the air. Sorry about the long rant!!

mummyofonesofar · 18/03/2015 11:16

Ooops ! Have changed it - I haven't read back but I think I meant TTC#1.

Really sorry Victoria Fx for 1630. Will you DH and tell him - this is why his stupid boss should have let him come with you ! You need support through this - maybe he can leave early and come with you this afternoon? Then you can share a ride back (if he has a car?)

tessiegirl · 18/03/2015 11:18

Victoria I have just commented on fb about how sorry I am that your appointment didn't go well....keeping my fx you get the news you want at your appointment later on today

TrixieRay · 18/03/2015 11:47

Victoria I hope your day goes nice and fast and you get good news later, keep us posted.

Mummy, I used to do the stats some months, way back when we just posted them directly rather than as an attachment- much better the way you girls do them. I am also pretty hopeless when it comes to computers, I rely on my DH...

loopylou1984 · 18/03/2015 11:48

Victoria - what is not looking good? Sorry I'm a bit clueless with all the scientific stuff Hmm Xx

DizzyMerry · 18/03/2015 12:23

Thanks for the stats mummy. I would have offered to help but unfortunately I'm not very good with techy stuff.
Welcome wood sorry AF got you but chin up this is the month.
creme it's frustrating dealing with ttc and putting ourselves under so much pressure. Men just never understand how vital that one day is. DH would say "oh never mind what will be will be" and "doesn't matter if we miss a few days". He was a lot more compliant when we found out I had issues with fertility.
Hopefully you still get to dtd in line with your surge

DizzyMerry · 18/03/2015 12:26

Oops posted too soon! victoria sorry your appointment didn't go too well but hopefully you will get better news later today. I know it's hard but just think you are one step closer to your bfp today

MelonMelon · 18/03/2015 12:31

Afternoon! CD10 here and no smiley face on my OPK yet. Hope I won't have to wait too long! DH is away tonight so I get a night off hehe

MelonMelon · 18/03/2015 12:32

I meant CD12 ooops

Sparkly123 · 18/03/2015 13:00

Creme sorry about dtd, I hope you get a chance later in sure you will still be within the window don't give up hope Flowers

victoria401 · 18/03/2015 13:01

Sammy my lining is still to thick to start the drugs plus I am not supposed to have a follicle over 10mm as it means its already been recruited for this cycle. My follicle was 11.4mm! Mature is 18mm.
