Hi ladies (and gents too)

I have to tell someone.

After months of trying and visits to infertility clinics we got our bfp yesterday.

Can't argue with seven tests! GrinGrinGrin

Congratulations! Did you have treatment or was this a natural surprise? Xx

MetallicInk · 10/03/2015 09:39

Rrr metal, how wonderful Smile

That fills me with hope as we are due back to the specialist at the end of April. Maybe it can still happen naturally for us too!

Congratulations again! Xx

Can I ask how long you've been trying? X

MalibuDaisy · 10/03/2015 13:08

Congratulations :) x

Sammylou we had been trying since last summer. I know to some it doesn't seem like long but to us those 9/10 months felt horrible. I may have told a wee fib about how long we had been trying to the doctor but my reasoning was if there was something wrong why wait two years to find out.

Are you being referred yourself?

Well done on the fib, wish I had done the same. We're 16 months in now and seeing specialist for 2nd app in April, am going to try and says it's 20 months at that point, but don't think I can lie any more as we def mentioned approximate dates previously Hmm

10 months is long enough, so pleased for you! Xx

MetallicInk · 10/03/2015 15:18

Aww fingers and toes crossed for you sammylou.

Just exaggerate if you can buy hopefully the fact that it is now out of your hands might make it less stressful.

We had literally decided last month to stop fixating on dates, temps etc and to just see what happened. So maybe the stress does have a big a part in it as people say

Xx
