Is there any way to get the quality of your eggs tested?

I'd love another DC one day and have fertility issues, getting older and not currently in a great place for TTC in terms of relationship but don't want to either let my chance pass me by, or have false hopes of another if my eggs are no good by now anyhow

Yes there is, I don't know anything about it really though as haven't had it done myself, but there are clinics in London (and probably elsewhere) that offer it. You can't get it done on the nhs I don't think, but def available privately, dhs work friend did it. Xx

You could have an Antral Follicle Count done privately which is an ultrasound of your ovaries in the beginning half of your cycle to look at how many follicles are growing and that gives a good indication of your ovarian reserve. A clinic near me in West London charges £270 for it. Or you can get an AMH blood test done which I don't know as much about just that it tests for the Anti Mullarian Hormone. Hope that helps.
