Are internet cheapie Pregnancy Tests sh*t??

I'm about 13 dpo and have been having all the pregnancy symptoms (have 2 DC already) since about 8dpo. Naturally I've been poas-ing since then but all BFN (am using the internet cheapie dip sticks). Sometimes I've gotten a line after the 10 minute window, and sometimes its been grey, so I'm assuming all evaps. Don't have the time/money to go out and buy a digital, but just wondering if anyone had success with these tests before AF was due?? thanks, baby dust to us all! x

They are all I ever used and I found them to be 100% accurate from about 11-12 dpo.

ah right.. it was just me wishful thinking then that theres still a chance for me this month :) Now I'm just waiting for AF! Usually I'm spotting by now, so I'm just clutching at straws I think..

In my experience no, they're just the same as any other but without the plastic casing.

I have to disagree. I got 3 bfps in the space of a week on superdrugs own what waiting for my ic to change from bfns. Only after the sixth day did an ic show a faint line whilst the superdrug one couldn't be any stronger!

I am with Christmas. I got BFN on IC when I got a BFP on Superdrug, FRER and CB Digi. Wasn't until about 5/6 days later they finally showed a positive result and now (6 weeks pregnant) the ICs are very strong lines not that I am a POAS addict or anything

Frazzled and Christmas how many DPO would you say you were before the IC finally showed a Bfp?

Probably about 14dpo with a '10miu sensitivity' test. Pfft!

I disagree - bought the cheap internet ones (blue ones) from Ebay.

They showed negative until 8 weeks, despite Clearblue digital & FRER showing positive.

thanks all - am 14dpo now and no AF but still bfn on the internet cheapies. thinking of waiting till weekend (if still no AF) to go out and buy FRER or similar..

I'd go and buy an FRER today!

if it's these ones then they are the same ones our GP surgery uses, so i imagine they are pretty accurate.

i used these ones for all my pregnancies and suspected pregnancies and they were always accurate.

I was 14DPO when I got a bfp on FRER while ICs we're still showing BFN. I was 4 days late at this point and going crazy.

At my scan I was put back a few days - think I ovulated late. Could that be the case?
