So this is my first post but I have read many threads. I got my BFP 4 days ago and would like to say thank you for everyone's advice I have been reading.
We were TTC for 2 months before, so not long I know but I did a few things differently last month and wanted to share in case it helped anyone. Not very scientific but the things we did that I think helped were:
Used conceive plus fertility lubricant
Both of us took pregnacare his and hers conception tablets daily
Used ovulation test sticks that I got from Amazon and BD every day in the month and twice a day when the OTK was positive for 3 days
Went on holiday during fertile period which made us both relaxed ad had lots of time for BDing!
Angled hips downwards for 20 mins after BDing and laid still
Didn't take HPT until 15 days after the positive OPK
I still had a few drinks when we were on holiday which I had cut out the previous months! (Strange I know)
Both drunk lots of water
Hubby stopped having hot baths (took showers instead) and so many coffees each day
I stopped using bubble bath as I read it could interfere with CM
Used Ovia by Ovuline app to track cycle
I am so excited, now we just have to decide when to tell people! Baby dust to everyone xxx
